The practice owner’s guide
Best Chiropractic Marketing Agencies: A Practice Owner’s Comparison
TL;DR — at a glance
Compare chiropractic marketing agencies by the work your practice needs, total costs, follow-up responsibilities, and documented results. This ChiroCandy-published guide reviews four providers and explains how to evaluate them without assuming one agency fits every practice.
Disclosure: ChiroCandy publishes this guide and is one of the providers discussed. This is a shortlist to help you compare fit, not an independent ranking or a claim that one agency is best for every practice. Provider descriptions below come from their own public websites, reviewed October 9, 2026. Confirm current scope and terms directly.
Which chiropractic marketing agency is best for your practice?
The best fit depends on the problem you need to solve. A website rebuild, a paid-ad campaign, and an office with missed inquiries need different work. Start with your constraint, then compare the same scope, full costs, evidence, and responsibilities across proposals.
Four providers to consider
Start with fit, then verify the details in a written proposal.
| Provider | Starting point | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| ChiroCandy | Coordinated acquisition and follow-up | Published fees, campaign evidence, and staff handoffs |
| ChiroBasix | Chiropractic services and ENGAGE CRM | Bundle scope, CRM implementation, and usage charges |
| Perfect Patients | Websites and a marketing platform | Migration, ongoing content, and account ownership |
| Well Rounded | Chiropractic marketing and brand design | Website, advertising, creative, and support scope |
ChiroCandy: coordinated marketing with published service fees
ChiroCandy serves chiropractic and healthcare practices. Its offering combines paid advertising, websites, SEO and AI search, reactivation, and AI follow-up. Published packages start at $1,145 per month in service fees for Meta and Google Ads; the $2,290 package adds SEO/AI search and a custom website. Advertising spend, typical setup, and applicable usage charges are separate. Custom websites require a 12-month website agreement.
Consider ChiroCandy when you want to coordinate acquisition and follow-up with a marketing team, or compare its training program if your team will execute the work. Review service scope, the Done-For-You program, and named campaign evidence before choosing.
ChiroCandy is also rolling out the GetPatients.com AI visibility and AEO package, offered through GetPatients.com, a ChiroCandy company. Review its proposed scope separately from existing SEO, chat/SMS, and Voice AI services; package pricing is available through a proposal.
ChiroBasix: a chiropractic-focused service suite and CRM
ChiroBasix’s website describes websites, local SEO/AEO, paid advertising, reputation management, and email/text services. Its ENGAGE CRM page describes lead pipelines, messaging, scheduling, automation, and an AI assistant. Evaluate the proposed bundle, implementation responsibilities, usage charges, and reporting with the team.
Perfect Patients: websites and a broader marketing platform
Perfect Patients describes website design, custom content, SEO/GEO, paid advertising, email, social content, and review tools. If your starting point is a website or platform change, compare its plans and ask what is included in migration, ongoing content, and lead follow-up. Confirm ownership, export options, and what your staff will manage.
Well Rounded Marketing: chiropractic marketing and brand design
Well Rounded Marketing describes chiropractic websites, SEO, Google Ads, social content and ads, and branding/design. Its site identifies Webflow as its website platform. Consider the specific design and marketing work you need; ask for a proposal separating website, advertising, content, and ongoing support.
ChiroCandy vs. ChiroBasix: what should you compare?
Both providers describe services beyond Facebook advertising. ChiroCandy’s public pricing lists packages and individual services, including websites, SEO, AI CA chat/SMS, and Voice AI. ChiroBasix describes its broader service suite and ENGAGE CRM on its own site. Compare what each proposal actually includes, rather than treating a category label as the full scope.
- Channels: which services are included now, optional later, or supplied by your team?
- Full cost: separate service fees, ad spend, setup, usage, and commitments.
- Follow-up: walk through an inquiry, an unsuccessful booking, and a staff handoff.
- Evidence: ask for dated results from a comparable practice, with the metric and source defined.
- Ownership: confirm access, exports, cancellation, and transition support in writing.
Missing information on a website does not prove a provider lacks a capability. Ask the same questions of both teams. Use our proposal comparison checklist to record the answers.
What does useful proof look like?
For example, LifeWorks Family Chiropractic has a published Meta report for June 2–August 31, 2026: 185 lead results on $2,734.59 in lead-campaign spend. These are platform leads, not confirmed new patients. The Ipswich Spine Clinic case separately identifies Google Business Profile activity and advertising results. Neither should be read as a guarantee for another practice.
For any provider, request the next stages too: confirmed bookings, attended first visits, and collections where records support them. A revenue testimonial, a click, and a booked appointment describe different things. Our case-study evaluation guide explains how to check the evidence.
How much should you budget?
Compare total investment over the same period. A lower service fee may exclude creative, follow-up software, media, or a website. A larger bundle may include work you do not need yet. Use the marketing calculator with your practice’s assumptions, then test them against actual results.
What should happen before you sign?
- Write down your growth constraint and appointment capacity.
- Ask each shortlisted provider for the same scope and itemized costs.
- Review a relevant case and the source behind its numbers.
- Confirm account ownership, team responsibilities, and exit terms.
- Agree on the reporting definitions and a review date.
