Dibley is a Global Chiropractic Ambassador, International Speaker, Thought Leader and CEO of The 360 Group, An international network of Chiropractic Clinics with emphasis on Human Potential. He is the Co-Founder of 360 Global Missions which is a Non-For Profit Organization that conducts Chiropractic Mission Trips all over the World.

He is the Co-Founder of 360 Global Seminars teaching students and Doctors from all over the world the Science, Philosophy and Art of Chiropractic and Human Potential. He is the Co-Founder of 360 Global Media Productions. He is a third generation Palmer College of Chiropractic Legacy. He is a member of The Leith Society. He is the IFCO Country Leader of Norway. His mission is to educate and empower as many people as possible on the importance of living a Clear and Connected Life through Chiropractic Care.
